If I choose standard delivery, when will my order be processed and shipped?
We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, so your order is processed immediately and ships within 24–48 hours.
How long until I receive my order?
Fast! If you're delivering to an address within Australia, your order will arrive within 2–8 business days. Shipments to New Zealand take 5-12 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude National and Public holidays.
How will my order be shipped?
Carefully, because we want your products to arrive in pristine condition! For orders shipping within Australia, we ship via AU Post. For orders going to New Zealand, we ship via NZ Post. To ensure the delivery of large orders, Paula's Choice requires a signature on orders over $200.
Can I choose the carrier for my order?
No, but we have a great reason why: by allowing Paula's Choice to select the carrier, we promise you'll get the most cost-effective yet expedient option! This keeps costs down on both sides and ensures your order arrives as soon as possible.
Can I specify where to leave my package when it arrives at its destination?
Delivery location at the address given is determined solely by the delivery driver, so this portion is beyond our control. Once we issue a tracking number for your order, you can contact the carrier or courier with any special instructions. You can also add a note to the address, requesting your order to be left in a specific location (inside the gate, on the veranda, by a back door, etc.), however, this is up to the delivery driver's discretion and if they feel the order will be safe if left.
