How will I know that my order has shipped, and how can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will be provided with tracking information at the email address you provided during checkout. You should receive this email 2 - 4 business days after you place your order. Your tracking link will be listed under each product in your order, and you can click through that link to access our carrier site. From here, your carrier tracking number will be listed beside Delivery Partner shown on the Landmark page and will direct to the carrier's website for updates on your parcel. If this amount of time has passed and you have not received the tracking email, or are having other issues with tracking, please contact our Client Service Team by email or live chat for assistance.
Can I check my order status using my Paula's Choice account online?
If you placed your order while logged in to your Paula's Choice Account online, you can find the order status by clicking on My Account at the top of the page, and then Orders. This will allow you to view past orders and order status information.
