I'm unable to use my Hyaluronic Acid Booster due to the packaging, and it almost seems as if the bottle is empty. What's wrong?
Because of the high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid, this Booster naturally has a thicker, gel-like consistency. The texture can make it trickier to get the product into the dropper, and dispense as it should. Here are a some tips that may help:
When squeezing the dropper bulb, pinch your fingers together slowly. The rapid expulsion of air that occurs when you squeeze it too quickly can cause an air bubble to temporarily surround the bottom of the dropper, which may result in little to no product entering the dropper when you release your fingers immediately afterward. If you are still having troubles, tilt the dropper to one side (while holding the bottle upright), then release the bulb. This moves the dropper tip away from the air bubble you may have created, and also picks up product that may be sticking to the walls of the bottle.
