The item I want to order is unavailable, where can I find an ETA for it to arrive back in stock?
We apologise for the delay in restocking, and we certainly understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to purchase your favourite products. Due to overwhelming popularity of our most well-loved client favourites, we can unexpectedly run out of stock on an item.
If an item is out of stock due to a reformulation or packaging upgrade, that could cause that product to be out of stock for a known extended period of time, and you can find the ETA listed on the product page or check our help centre for updates!
If an ETA is not listed you can contact Client Services to inquire about more information on the out of stock product, and we can provide you with an expected back in stock date or provide information on any delays we are expecting. At that time, we are more than happy to help find you a temporary alternative product, based on your skin type and concerns, to use if one of your PC products is currently out of stock. You can also sign up for the "Notify Me" email on the product page to be notified via email as soon as the item arrives back in stock.
