I'm having trouble resetting my password!
We're sorry if you're having difficulties with your password reset. Here's how it's done:
1. Click on "Log in/Register", and click the "Forgot Password?" button:
2. Enter your email address, then click "Send Password-Reset Code"
3. Once you receive the email, click on the link one time to go to the password reset page. Once you're there, type in your new password in each box, then click "Change Password".
Additionally, if you have reset your password multiple times, be sure you're using the code that was most recently emailed to you, by deleting all prior emails to avoid confusion.
*Please note that if you are unable to reset your password and would simply like to place your order, you can do so by selecting the "Guest Checkout" option that should appear on the right-hand side of the screen after you have selected "Checkout" from the cart-viewing or shopping bag screen.*
