Do I need an RMA number or an authorisation to return my product?
At Paula's Choice, there is no RMA or approval needed for a product return. We offer a 60 day hassle-free guarantee, no questions asked policy. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 60 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. If your original payment method is no longer valid or has expired, your return will be issued as a store credit only. After 60 days and up to 180 days, returns will be issued as a store credit that will be applied to your next purchase only. Returns over 180 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. Store credits will also be applied for partial kit returns. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
