Why is my account locked?
If you've found your account to be locked, it could be for any of the reasons below:
+ The billing information on your account does not match what is on file with your financial insitution. To ensure that future orders are uninterrupted, please enter your true billing information that is listed on your credit card statements, even if it is an international address.
+ Multiple orders have been made in bulk which is reserved for our authorised resellers. The quantities may be outside of what we normally see for personal use.
